Install in the misting line at the lowest nozzle slot and automatically drain high pressure lines at each shutoff. Prevents calcium buildup and resulting nozzle clogs. Use this in patio misting systems to assure a longer period of trouble free use without clogging of nozzles. In properly planned patio misting systems, one nozzle slot at the beginning or end of the run will be slightly lower than the rest. This will allow water to run toward that end of the line upon shut down of the pump. This water will drain out effortlessly, eliminating any hard water deposits or calcium build-up that may settle into the nooks and crannies within your mist line. Nozzles should remain free of clogs for longer periods as a result. |
